Etxegiña are a group rooted in Basque language and culture.
Whilst coming forth from a background in ferocious Black Metal with a radical leftist stance, they have now moved on to more serene tunes.

"El Olivo y el olvido" is their first record to be entirely acoustic, moving through elegant landscapes painted in the mode of Jazz and Ibric folk.
